1. Identification and Object

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the membership and use of the “Boomland Tribe”, promoted by “Good Mood – Produção e Comercialização de Audiovisuais, Lda.”, corporate entity no. 504208209, with registered office at Zona Industrial, Edifício Incubadora de Empresas, 6060 – 182 in Idanha-a-Nova, and by “IdanhaCulta – Associação de Desenvolvimento Social, Cultural, Recreativo e Ambiental”, corporate entity 513781323, with registered office at Herdade da Granja – Estrada de Alcafozes, s/n, Idanha-a-Nova (hereinafter referred to as the “organising entity”), as the organising entities of the Boom Festival and Being Gathering events, in the case of the first mentioned, and Boomland School, in the case of the second mentioned.

1.2. The Boomland Tribe consists of a loyalty programme aimed at eligible participants, granting access to exclusive benefits under the terms defined in these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Participants who have had their ticket validated (“scanned ticket”) at one of the following events may join the Boomland Tribe:

• Being Gathering 2024 and 2026.
• Boom Festival 2025.
• Boomland School 2024, 2025 and 2026.

2.2. Eligibility is verified based on the internal records of the organising entity.


2.3. The organising entity reserves the right to request additional proof of attendance.

3. Application Process

3.1. Application until 15th August 2026

a) Eligible participants, in accordance with the provisions of point 2.1., will receive an email with an invitation to join, which will contain a link to complete the registration;


b) Requests to join referred to in the previous paragraph will necessarily be approved by the organising entity;

c) Registration must be completed by 15th August 2026, in order to ensure that participants can access the ticket pre-sale for Boom Festival 2027, which is exclusively intended for members;

d) The organising entity will make a limited number of tickets available in the pre-sale referred to in the previous paragraph;

e) Compliance with the deadline referred to in paragraph b) is a condition for accessing the ticket pre-sale for Boom Festival 2027, intended exclusively for members;


3.2. Application after 15th August 2026

a) Participants who have received the email containing the link referred to in paragraph a) of point 3.1, and who have not completed their registration by 15th August 2026, may still request to join the Boomland Tribe after the said date using that link;

b) Requests to join referred to in the previous paragraph will necessarily be approved by the organising entity;

c) The purchase of a ticket for Boom Festival 2027 and the corresponding attendance at the event will also guarantee membership in the Boomland Tribe;

d) The participants referred to in the previous paragraph may request to join using a link that will be provided to them in due course, by entering the email address belonging to the holder of each ticket purchased in the field provided for that purpose;

e) No changes will be allowed to the email address referred to in the previous paragraph, which must be specified at the time of purchasing the ticket for Boom Festival 2027, this being the address used for registration and communication purposes within the scope of the Boomland Tribe;

f) If the eligibility of the participants/applicants referred to in the two previous paragraphs is confirmed, their respective applications to join will necessarily be approved by the organising entity by 31st August 2027;

g) Until the application to join the Boomland Tribe is approved, applicants who have requested it will not be entitled to any benefits of the Boomland Tribe.

4. Psyport ID

4.1. Each member will be assigned an identification number (“Psyport ID”).

4.2. The Psyport ID is personal, non-transferable, and associated with the member’s personal data.

5. Benefits of the Boomland Tribe

5.1. General Benefits


The general benefits of the Boomland Tribe are:

• Access to exclusive communication from the organizer (newsletters, announcements);
• Participation in consultation and voting processes promoted by the organizer;
• Access to communities and events promoted by the organizer;
• Access to invitations for events, to be determined by the organizing entity.

5.2. Benefits at Boom Festival


The benefits of the Boomland Tribe at Boom Festival are:

• Access to the exclusive ticket pre-sale for Boom Festival 2027. Access to pre-sales in future editions may be made available if the organising entity so decides, without prejudice to the provisions of paragraph d) of point 3.1;
• Access to discounts on merchandising and services made available at Boom Festival, in accordance with the indications to be provided by the organising entity;
• Access to promotional offers, to be determined by the organising entity;

5.3. Ticket Pre-sale for Boom Festival 2027

a) The prices of tickets sold during the pre-sale, in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs c), d), and e) of point 3.1, will correspond to the price of Phase 2 tickets of the general sale for Boom 2027;

b) Each member may purchase:
1 ticket for themselves;
1 additional ticket for a third party;

c) The ticket referred to in number 1. of the previous paragraph may never be intended for a third party.

d) The third party referred to in number 2. of paragraph b) may request to join the Boomland Tribe, with their approval and completion being conditional upon effective attendance at Boom Festival 2027;


5.4. Benefits Regime

5.4.1. Benefits may be altered or replaced at any time upon decision of the organising entity.


5.4.2. New benefits may be considered, and the organising entity must edit this “Boomland Tribe Terms and Conditions” document accordingly.


6. Member’s Duties

Members undertake to:

• Provide true and updated information;
• Not transfer or assign their Psyport ID;
• Accept these terms and conditions, as well as the terms and conditions of the events;
• Not use the Boomland Tribe for abusive or unlawful purposes;

7. Suspension and Exclusion

7.1. Membership to the Boomland Tribe may be suspended or cancelled in the event of:

• Violation of these Terms;
• Violation of the terms and conditions of Boom Festival, Being Gathering, or any other event promoted by the organising entity;
• Improper conduct at any event or activity promoted by the organising entity, as well as within the scope of any communications established between the organising entity and each member.

7.2. The decision to suspend or cancel membership to the Boomland Tribe shall rest with the organising entity, and such decisions shall not be subject to appeal, nor shall they give rise to the payment of any indemnity and/or compensation to the member targeted by the said decisions.

8. Duration and Termination

8.1. The Boomland Tribe does not have a predefined duration.

8.2. A member’s participation may also be terminated upon request made through a written communication sent to the organising entity by any member;

• Improper conduct at any event or activity promoted by the organising entity, as well as within the scope of any communications established between the organising entity and each member.

9. Amendments to this “Boomland Tribe Terms and Conditions” Document

9.1. This document may be amended at any time by the organising entity, and such amendments shall take effect immediately upon publication of the amended document on the organising entity’s website.


10. Acceptance of the Privacy Policy

Joining the Boomland Tribe implies acknowledgment and acceptance of the privacy policy.


11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

11.1. Portuguese law applies to these terms and conditions, as well as to the relations governed by them.

11.2. The courts of the district of Lisbon shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.




PRIVACY POLICY OF THE BOOMLAND TRIBE

1. Data Controller

The data controller responsible for processing your personal data is “Good Mood – Produção e Comercialização de Audiovisuais, Lda.”, corporate entity no. 504208209, with registered office at Zona Industrial, Ed. Incubadora de Empresas, 6060 – 182 Idanha-a-Nova, and “IdanhaCulta – Associação de Desenvolvimento Social, Cultural, Recreativo e Ambiental”, corporate entity 513781323, with registered office at Herdade da Granja – Estrada de Alcafozes, s/n, Idanha-a-Nova, under the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation and Law no. 58/2019, of 8th August.


2. Collected Data Concerning Members

The following will be collected and processed:

• Identification data (name, email, date of birth);
• Event attendance/participation data;
• Transaction data;
• Technical data (IP, access logs).

3. Purpose of Data Collection and Processing

Data is processed for:

• Management of the Boomland Tribe;
• Allocation of benefits;
• Communication with members;
• Compliance with legal obligations;
• Fraud prevention.

4. Data Retention

4.1. Data will be retained:

• During the validity/existence of the Boomland Tribe;
• Up to 2 years after inactivity, unless a different legal obligation applies.

4.2. Your data will be stored securely and access will be restricted to authorized persons.

5. Data Sharing


Data may be shared by the controller with:

• Technology service providers contracted by the organising entity;
• Entities involved in the production of the organising entity’s events;
• Police or judicial authorities, as well as any competent authorities for that purpose.

6. Rights of Data Subjects

At any time, any subject of personal data collected and processed by the organising entity may contact it via the email address tribe@boomland.eu, and may request access to their personal data, as well as its respective rectification, erasure, restriction, information, objection, or any other matter. When data collection was based on your consent, you may also communicate the revocation of that consent, which will not compromise the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on prior consent. The organising entity may choose not to proceed with the requested erasure whenever the respective processing is still shown to be necessary for the respective purposes, for compliance with a legal obligation, or for the exercise of rights, in which case it will inform the data subject of the reasons for the impossibility of erasing the data.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNPD (National Data Protection Commission) if you believe your rights have been violated.

7. Cookies

The links that allow requests to join the Boomland Tribe will lead to a platform managed by the organising entity, which may use cookies in accordance with its own policy.
